Rebus ayam smp matang trus suwir kecil2, air rebusannya jgn dibuang ya.., ntar sbg kaldu u/ sup nya sebanyak +/- 1 liter.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sisir jagung manis (besar nya irisan/ sisiran sesuai selera aj.), trus klo aq nih, separuh bagian diblender/ dihancurkan, yg separuh lg biarin kasar.. ;p&lt;br /&gt;3. Rebus jagung (semuanya) dgn kaldu ayam yg tadi itu, masukkan jg ayam suwirnya, rebus smp mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bawang putih &amp;amp; bombay smp harum, lalu masukkan ke dalam sup.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan minya, tumis bawang putih &amp;amp; bombay hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan kayu manis, pekak, cengkih, merica hitam, aduk rata. Masak hingga harum.&lt;br /&gt;3. Klo ada yang gede2 pake 2 biji aja) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan santan bersama rempah daun dan PEKAK, rebus sampe mendidih sambil sesekali diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah pekak mulai lunak tiriskan dan haluskan bersama bahan2 bumbu lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam rebusan santan, terus didihkan 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan daging, air asam, kelapa sangrai halus &amp;amp; garam. Cuekin sampe kuah mulai     berminyak &amp;amp; kental (sampai aroma wangi mulai tercium, hmmm....)&lt;br /&gt;5. Kecilkan api sambil diaduk2 sesekali, aduk2, aduk2, aduk2 &amp;amp; makin lama frekuensi     pengadukan ditambah sampe kuah menyusut &amp;amp; berwarna gelap. Pengadukan harus sering &amp;amp; tlaten biar ga gosong.&lt;br /&gt;6. Aduk terus dengan semangat sampe kuah mengering, tinggal potongan daging dengan dedak bumbunya, angkat. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe dengan blue band hingga harum.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Masukkan tausi, tambahkan air, saus tiram, kecap asin dan jahe, masak sebentar, lalu     angkat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kupas udang, sisakan ekornya dan kerat punggungnya, bersihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Lumuri udang dengan kecap asin, diamkan beberapa saat.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Goreng udang dengan 2 sdm blue band dan minyak goreng hingga berubah warna dan matang.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Tumis bumbu halus dengan 2 sdm blue band hingga harum.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Masukan sereh, daun salam, daun kunyit dan belimbing sayur.&lt;br /&gt;6.  Masak hingga matang, lalu masukkan udang dan petai.&lt;br /&gt;7.  Hidangkan selagi panas dengan nasi putih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(0, 0, 102);"&gt;UDANG GORENG SAUS BLUE BAND &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 gr udang&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air jahe (dari perasan jahe parut)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 btr bawang bombay&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih, memarkan.&lt;br /&gt;500 ml minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Bumbu Campur :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap asin&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm kecap inggris&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm saus tomat&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm blue band, untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;5 sdm air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Cuci udang sampai bersih, potong sungutnya dan belah bagian punggungnya.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Tambahkan air jahe, kecap asin dan garam, aduk rata, lalu diamkan beberapa saat.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Goreng udang dengan minyak goreng sampai matang , tapi jangan terlalu kering.&lt;br /&gt;4.    Tumis bawang putih dengan blue band, lalu masukkan bumbu campur sampai     mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;5.    Masukkan udang goreng dan bawang bombay, masak hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;6.
